Contract Matching
We monitor open government solicitations daily and match them to your inventory by part number and National Stock Number, including superseding and alternate part numbers you may not know about.

Bidding & Submission
We price the bid, prepare it to the solicitation's requirements and submit it through the government's systems. We hold the contract. You never log in to anything.

Traceability Requirements
Government buyers want to know where a part came from. We know which labels, certificates, packing lists and prior contract numbers satisfy that, and we assemble the package from what you already have.

Mil-Spec Packaging & Marking
Military packaging and labeling standards are a language of their own. We package, preserve and mark to the contract's specification so your parts are accepted on arrival.

Government Compliance
Registrations, representations, cybersecurity requirements and contract clauses are our problem, not yours. We are the registered contractor of record.

Delivery & Follow-Through
We manage shipment, government receiving and any questions the contracting office raises after delivery, so an award never turns into a headache for you.

New, new surplus and overhauled material across three domains. Small quantities are welcome; most government orders are for a handful of units, not pallets.

Questions Suppliers Ask
The short answers.
Do I need to be registered with the government?
No. Vector Defense Group is the registered contractor. You sell to us as you would to any commercial customer, and we sell to the government.
How do I get paid?
When the government awards the contract, we issue you a purchase order at the price you quoted. You ship to us or, when the contract allows, directly to the government destination with packaging we provide or specify. Payment terms are agreed up front on the purchase order.
What if my parts are surplus or old stock?
That is often ideal. Government buyers regularly accept new surplus material when its origin can be documented. Original manufacturer labels, prior government contract numbers, certificates of conformance and packing lists are all evidence we can use. Send us photos of what is on the box before you throw anything away.
Do I have to read packaging or marking specifications?
No. We handle military packaging, preservation and marking requirements. If the contract calls for a specific method, we either package the parts ourselves or send you exact, plain-English instructions.
Is there a cost to share my inventory?
No. Sharing your inventory costs nothing and commits you to nothing. You decide whether to quote each time we find a match.
What kind of parts sell best?
Parts with a National Stock Number, an identifiable manufacturer part number, and clear condition. Aerospace hardware, valves, fittings, bearings, electrical components, vehicle spares and shipboard hardware are consistently in demand. If you are unsure, send the list anyway; matching is our job.
